When you contact us

We collect the information you put in the enquiry form: the type of help you are looking for, your message, your name, your email address and any company or website details you choose to add.

We use it to understand your enquiry, reply to you and keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell this information.

Optional website tools

If you allow optional tools, Google Analytics helps us understand which pages people visit and whether the enquiry journey is working. Meta Pixel helps us measure whether advertising leads to useful visits. Form answers, names and email addresses are never sent to either service.

The Tawk.to chat tool also loads only after you allow optional tools. Tawk.to receives the information you choose to type into a chat. You can decline these tools and the rest of the website will still work.

How long we keep information

We keep enquiry records for as long as they are useful for the conversation, the work that follows and normal business record-keeping. We remove information that we no longer need.

Your choices

You can ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to remove it when there is no legal reason to keep it.

Use the enquiry form for any privacy question. It goes directly to the team and does not expose our inbox publicly.
